This mess is on its way to being cute new picture frames.
Here is finished product #1!
I just took fabric that I liked and cut in longer than a piece of cardboard that fit inside the frame. Then I hot-glued the ends to the cardboard to hold the fabric in place.
Now I can use this as simple wall art, desk accent, or a dry-erase board for reminders, phone numbers, etc. So versatile.
